Wynter Gordon is poised to be the next big thing in r&b/pop music. You’ve most likely heard her as the hook girl on Flo-Rida‘s Top 5 Billboard smash ‘Sugar,’ off of his last album R.O.O.T.S.  But she’s much more than an anonymous hook singer – Wynter has the talent to become a force in the music industry.The 25 year-old Queens, New York native  has already written for arists as diverse as Mary J. Blige (‘Gonna Breakthrough’), Danity Kane (‘2 Of You’) and David Guetta (‘Toyfriend’). Now she’s looking to join artists such as Keri Hilson, Bruno Mars, ane Ne-Yo in the ranks of songwriters who’ve crossed over into solo stardom.

Along with her great voice, Wynter brings a pop sensibility to R&B that has been lacking in recent years – she knows how to write a song. But, more imporantly, she has a story to tell. Growing up in Queens, New York  as the middle child of seven, and having to endure the abuse of a deadbeat father, Wynter is no stranger to struggle. That said, she doesn’t let her past definie her – rather, it motivates her and inspires her creativity. Take a song like ‘Gonna Breakthrough,’ which she penned for Mary J.
