With just three days before the expected Sunday vote on health care reform, it appears very likely that Preisdent Barack Obama and the Democrats will have the votes needed to pass the legislation.  After months of debate, fights, battles, town hall meetings, name calling and back door negotiations it seems likely that on Sunday afternoon, the United States Congress will pass its most significant piece of legislation in decades.

 

 

House Leader Nancy Pelosi was able to change previous ‘no’ votes to ‘yes’ votes, however it doesn’t seem like she has reached the needed 216 votes to pass the reform.  However, sources are saying that she is 5-6 votes away and they will continue to twist arms throughout the weekend, until they have enough votes to pass it.
