She attended the Catholic High School of Baltimore, and attended Towson University, where she studied mass communication. She began her professional career as a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens at age 18. At age 19 she auditioned for and won a spot with the WCW Nitro Girls. Not long after she joined them, the Nitro Girls were disbanded and she emerged as Miss Hancock, the morally outraged conservative who was too hot for her own good. When the WWE purchased the WCW in 2001 she was one of 24 wrestlers they decided to keep. Soon she was in the ring feuding with the likes of Christy Hemme, Torrie Wilson and Candice Michelle. In 2004 she dethroned Trish Stratus as the WWE Babe of the Year but was unsuccessful in numerous attempts to relieve Stratus of the WWE Women’s Championship Belt.</p>
