<p>Miami Songstress CeCe Segarra sat down with SupremeMag to discuss her latest projects, dancing for the New York Knicks, and her quest to make it big in the industry.</p><p>My name is Christina Segarra, I am a 21 year old Puerto Rican from New York currently residing in Miami, FL. I’ve been singing and dancing for about 17 years and now I’m signed to an indie label named Weight Records.</p><p>I have been working with different producers for years before a friend of mine introduced me to producer Robert “Big Bert” Smith. After meeting, recording and discussing my visions with Bert, he later introduced me to the Executives of Weight Records. Big Bert later produced some records on the album; “Outer Space”, “Emergency”, and “Brand New” to name a few. It has been a roller coaster ride up until now.</p><p>I create music you can dance to. I love telling stories through my music. Each song has a different character and different themes. When people listen to my music, I want them to envision a video. Similar to when reading a book, you envision the characters and setting.</p><p>In more ways than one. Both teams enhanced my performance skills and gave me self confidence. I was always teased in school about my dancing or singing.</p>
