Today is Heidi Montag‘s 24th birthday! The former The Hills star and soon-to-be ex-wife of Spencer Pratt was born in Crested Butte, Colorado. After graduating highschool, Heidi Montag headed to California to attend Academy of Art University in San Francisco, there she met her best friend (for only about two seasons), Lauren Conrad.
They then moved into together and planned to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. This launched her career in reality television then started as Lauren Conrad‘s sidekick. Shortly after registration, Heidi Montag drops out of FIDM and starts working for an event planning firm, Bolthouse Productions.
The second season is when the drama starts when she starts dating Spencer Pratt and Speidi is created! The only thing was that no one liked him and her friendship became strained… to say the least. Disconnected from all her friends and family, Heidi only had Spencer and dreams of launching a musical career.
With one studio album on her belt, she definitely is chasing her dreams outside of The Hills. She also worked on improving her body and then the transformation to Heidi 2.0 started. Check out her transformation and moments from the show. Happy Birthday, Heidi!
