Kanye West has been creating quite a buzz for himself lately, from promising to drop a new song every Friday from now until Christmas to closing out the MTV Video Music Awards. To add to his enourmous buzz the producer turned rapper will grace the cover of XXL Magazine’s October issue.
Mr. West actually wrote his feature article himself and acted as the creative director for a forty page spread he has in the issue. Expect him to touch on how he matured as an artist as well as a person, upcoming works from this G.O.O.D. Music label and the controversy surrounding him and Taylor Swift. Here is a quote from the article where he addresses the Taylor Swift incident:
‘I stress that the incident wasn’t about Taylor personally. And it definitely wasn’t about race. Where I messed up is, at the end of the day, it’s your show, Taylor. It’s your show, MTV.’
