Stacey Dash has already made her return to TV on the hit show “The Game,” but even better news is that Stacey is nearly halfway done filming her new scripted sitcom, “Single Ladies.”
The show is produced by Queen Latifah and stars Stacey Dash and Lisa Raye. It features styling by “Project Runway” star Anthony Williams who said, “It’s a situation comedy and it’s harder than ‘Project Runway’ ever was.”
Stacey exclusively told GlobalGrind that she has already shot 2 months out of a 4 month film schedule. We’ve learned that Stacey’s character Val is very Carrie Bradshaw-esque during her quest for love. When “Single Ladies” hits the screen this summer, the show has the potential to be another huge hit for VH1.
We also asked Stacey how it feels to be a cougar, to which she replied, “I’m not a cougar, I’m someone’s baby.” Maybe that’s why one of hip-pop’s favorite actresses is forever young.
