The Ku Klux Klan got spooky beyond all boundaries of humanity in Missouri by lynching an African-American in effigy as a poorly humored stunt for Halloween.  Rick Hoskins put up this “decoration” on his property by touting, “It’s freedom of expression, and my Halloween decoration”, on local television.

The racist installation includes a klansman dressed in white hood and robe and an African American model hanging from a tree.

Some have shaken Rick Hoskins’ hands condoning the “white pride” sentiment but many drivers and neighbors who pass such a scene are offended.

A neighbor raised concern, “He probably just has hatred for something in him, and he’s going to start some trouble.

He was asked to take the decorations down and investigators are saying that it falls somewhere between freedom of speech and a public disturbance.
