A tight-knit group of hip hop dancers from the Maryland School of the Arts team up for an international dance competition set in Paris, France. However, Moose, a fellow team member, misses his flight back to Baltimore.He in turn befriends another American away from home and a beautiful local French girl. They go on to introduce Moose to the insane Parisian underground dance scene and in no time at all he impresses everyone with his unique and crazy dance moves as they prepare for an underground dance competition. As the competition draws closer tragedy strikes as the rival crew steals their routine. Moose then looks to his MSA dance crew for help so they and the French crew can pull together an amazing new routine for the competition.
