What happens when the body of a celebrity gains 30 plus pounds after pregnancy? It’s simple. They lose the weight in half the time it took for them to put it on and appear as if it had never happened. R&B artist Christina Milian hosted the launch party for Ana M in Los Angeles yesterday looking fabulous with her post baby bod.

After giving birth earlier this year on February 26, Christina managed to lose 27 pounds out of the 45 she has gained over her pregnancy. However, she’s not the only celebrity to look fabulous on the red carpet after giving birth. Jessica Alba, Adriana Lima, Jennifer Hudson, and Kourtney Kardashian have all been known to successfully lose weight and look great.  But how did they do it? How she did it
: Jessica hit the gym three weeks after giving birth and developed an exercise routine that included 25 minutes of core exercises, cardio, and circuit training. Alba dropped 25 pounds in just two months her daughter was born.
