Thousands of tourists are trapped at Tokyo Disneyland after an 8.9 magnitude earthquake and 13 foot tsunami hit Northeastern cities of Japan yesterday. In Tokyo, all public transportation and electricity has been suspended. Families and friends are camped out awaiting evacuation and news of what to do and where to go. One guest at Tokyo Disneyland told an Examiner reporter, “We need the train to get back to the hotel. The train is down. We may have to stay at the resort.” She went on to elaborate, “We are stuck for a few days.” She emphasized that all guests around her are safe with plenty of food and not in crisis.
