Kara DioGuardi Bares It All!-Photos
<p>Kara DioGuardi, Emmanuelle Chriqui, and Regina Hall bared it all for Allure Magazine. For those of you that watched American Idol last year Kara didn’t have a problem with showing us what she looked like in a bikini, now she’s giving us the full Monty. Kara tells the magazine: “This shoot was less about beauty than about taking a risk and showing people a side of me they never have seen”, I wonder if Simon, Randy, Ryan, or Ellen has seen the spread. Ellen probably would enjoy it more than the rest of them. She was proud to have the confidence to strip down for the camera after struggling with binge eating and depression in her early 20s (Allure Magazine). Mean while, Regina Hall states that she has been on a serious workout routine: “I’ve been doing Ashtanga five days a week since the beginning of January. Next year, nothing is going to look any better or stand any higher!” While Emmanuelle Chriqui goes on to talk about her breast and body figure: “Some women want bigger breasts,” “But [I wish] I could have had a dancer’s body.
