Making music may not always be the best way to stay out of trouble!

Justin Timberlake isn’t always speaking out in the media, but we all know he loves to express himself through his music, even though it’s gotten him in some hot water.

According to Radar Online, the “Sexy Back” singer is currently facing a possible lawsuit from an anti-rape group over his new single “Take Back The Night”.

After debuting the hit this past week, JT is facing some issues with the group that goes by the same name.

The site reports a source revealed:

“Everyone at Take Back the Night is really shocked, because normally, we get asked when people want to use the name,” Take Back the Night Foundation Executive Director Katherine Koestner tells us. “Normally entities as large as Justin Timberlake do very kind and thoughtful things to support our cause.”

“We have some big concerns,” Koestner says. “For example, all of a sudden on Wikipedia, Take Back the Night has a different definition. That’s not been helpful.”

Maybe Justin can do some sort of partnership with the group so that everyone can get what they want out of the name!

It looks like, for now, he isn’t too phased by the possible legal trouble, since he looked happier than ever as he performed his new song at the Wireless Festival in London on Friday.

Performing his new single off Part 2 of his 20/20 Experience album which comes out in September, Justin had his fans going crazy as he took the stage.

With an appearance from Jay-Z while performing “Suit & Tie”, Justin also had celebrity friends Trey Songz, Rita Ora, and his wife Jessica Biel watching on.
