Kelly Rowland has helped the world get one step closer to solving an international mystery – who is Blue Ivy’s godmother?
Though at one point we all thought it was Oprah, that rumor was quickly shut down, only for us all to start assuming it just had to be Beyonce’s Destiny’s Child bandmate and sister Kelly Rowland. Well, better luck next time, because in true Maury fashion, Kelly has confirmed she is NOT the godmother!
While sitting down with Terrence J for an interview over at the E! News studio, Kelly revealed lots of deets about her own godchildren, her plans for having babies, and the last time she babysat. Check out some highlights below:
On Whether Or Not She’s Blue Ivy’s Godmother:
“No, no, no, no no.”
On How Grown Up Her Godchildren Are:
“I am a god mother. My godchildren are all in middle and high school right now, which is so weird.”
On Wanting To Get Married & Have Kids:
“I don’t know. Too busy with the career. I do want kids, I do want to be married. But, I want one kid.”
On Babysitting Being Good Birth Control:
“It’s been a minute [since I babysat]. I think I would really enjoy it right now, because I just need to hold a kid and give it back. Sometimes its good birth control,”
Kelly is too cute!
