More than a year after Pusha T debuted “Pain,” the Future-assisted first single off his album My Name is My Name, the rapper releases the track’s official video.

Keeping up with the dark vibes the song provides, Pusha presents a video with appropriately haunting visuals. In the video, we see a darkened Pusha rapping with a bright white background.

(Just think of the alternative cover for the album).

Throughout the video we also see aggressive imagery, ranging from police brutality to riot scenes. The only thing missing from the video is Future, who doesn’t appear.

The song is called “Pain,” and the content of the lyrics and video are dark, but life can’t be too bad for King Push, right?

His debut album has been critically acclaimed and it looks like he’s going to sell some units, too. Early projections say My Name is My Name is going to move 75-85,000 copies in its first week, which isn’t too shabby in this era.
