Ladies and gentleman, hold onto your seats, because Jason Statham is coming back to a theater near you next month and he’s brought a few friends along for the ride. There’s a whole lot of action going on in this exclusive trailer for Homefront, which is slated to hit theaters next month.
The Transporter star plays an ex-cop who is trying to take down a meth drug lord played by James Franco, while attempting to protect his daughter from the mayhem surrounding him at the same time. The trailer is hot and heavy, equipped with intense action scenes.
The film was written by the one and only Sylvester Stallone and co-stars Winona Ryder and Kate Bosworth (just to name a few). Be sure to catch Homefront when it hits theaters on Thanksgiving.

The drama (which is already emerging as an Oscar contender) brings out the acting heavyweights, including Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner and Robert De Niro. The film tells the story of Irving Rosenfeld (Bale) who is thrust into a dangerous world filled with mafia players and power brokers after being recruited by an FBI agent. Be sure to take a peek at the trailer below and catch the flick when it hits theaters on December 25th.
