Up-and-coming singer Kat Dahlia isn’t scared to touch on heavier themes in her music. And she isn’t scared to showcase those themes in her videos either.
The singer just released the video for “The High,” a track off her standout Seeds mixtape.
In the video, Kat plays a woman involved with an abusive partner. It’s a relationship that follows the usual trends of an abusive one: fight, make-up, fight again.
The beginning of the video starts out stating the fact that there are 4.8 million domestic abuse cases in the country. And it ends encouraging people to go to a SpeakUpFoundation if you need help.
