Jam Master Jay’s son TJ Mizell is following in the footsteps of his legendary father. The 22-year-old DJ took his skills to New York City’s underground – the subway.
Earlier this month, TJ and his crew hopped on the J train to Marcy Avenue during rush hour. Equipped with electricity from a car battery, TJ unleashed his sonic fury on the 1s and 2s as he big-upped the borough of Brooklyn with a set dedicated to Jay Z.
Back in November, TJ Mizell released his cuffing season mixtape Love Trap Mix Vol. 1. Next week, TJ’s paying tribute to his late great father with DJ Scratch, and he’s gearing up to shoot a new video with DMC.
