Electro kicks off this new Amazing Spider-Man 2 teaser trailer to keep you on the look out for more Spider-Man on Super Bowl Sunday. In the teaser above, Spider-Man tries to rescue Gwen Stacey, but the clip cuts out – and you have to watch until Sunday to find out what happens.
As for the release, star Emma Stone stopped by the Ryan Seacrest show to give fans the 411 on what they should expect for the latest installment of this superhero movie.
“Basically they’re going to see the continuation of the Spider Man story, which is the hero’s journey, and he’s up against a whole new squadron of villains and he’s struggling with promises he’s made in the last movie and the consequences of making those and what it’s like to be in love with somebody who you promised to not see anymore,” Emma said.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set to hit theaters on May 2nd.
