Last season, all the rage, all the talk and all the fascination surrounded Rick Owens, as he enlisted the assistance of competitive steppers to help show his Spring/Summer 2014 collection during Paris Fashion Week. And Hood by Air may have just experienced one of their own moments of the sort.

In previous seasons, the brand looked to Harlem and enlisted the help of A$AP Rocky to walk the runway in their designs, but this season, they turned their sights on the Ballroom scene of New York City’s West Village. After a dark show, the brand’s closing wasn’t the classic final walk, it was a wig-whipping, neck-spinning performance by ballroom vogue dancers.

According to The Cut, the competitive voguers met designer Shayne Oliver through their cozy vogueing community, of which he is also a part. The performers were all from different vogue teams — and usually compete against each other — but unified to take part in the show.

Take a look at the amazing performance in the video below, as well as some looks from the runway.
