As old man winter continues to unleash his freezing fury on the east coast, our favorite hip-hop band The Roots has given us something to look forward to.
Their 7th annual Roots Picnic is going down at Philadelphia’s Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing. The one day music festival will go down on Saturday, May 31 and will feature headlining performances by Snoop Dogg and The Roots, of course.
Janelle Monae, A$AP Ferg, Action Bronson, Jhene Aiko, Chill Moody, Just Blaze, and many more artists are also scheduled to perform. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 7 on Live Nation and Rootspicnic.com.
