We here at the style section of GlobalGrind love a good accessory, and when Rita Ora posted a picture showing off her bling bling, her excessive ear adornment caught our eye and the obsession was instant–but it’s one accessory we won’t be able to get our hands on, and for good reason.
Last month, the bossman Russell Simmons auctioned off a yoga session to benefit the David Lynch Foundation, an organization which seeks to heal those with traumatic stress through education, health, rehabilitation and vocational programs.
Yesterday evening, he and the winners of the auction, engaged couple Randy and Taylor, went out for dinner and were joined by Roc Nation Rita, who Taylor complimented on her vintage earring.
Feeling inspired by all the marriage talk, Rita did one better by taking it off and giving it to Taylor as a wedding gift!
The random act of kindness left Taylor in tears–and who could blame her? Not only was it one amazing gift, but it was completely unexpected and super sweet of the singer.
