News broke yesterday that Tracy Morgan was involved in a six-car pileup while riding in a limo truck in New Jersey yesterday morning, and now details are emerging as far as charges.

The Walmart truck driver who hit the limo vehicle that left Tracy and two others currently in critical condition, and one dead, has been charged with on count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto.

According to CNN, a Walmart spokesperson confirmed to the outlet that 35-year-old Kevin Roper was an employee of the department store franchise.

The CEO of Wal-Mart said in a statement to the press:

“This is a tragedy and we are profoundly sorry that one of our trucks was involved.”

“The facts are continuing to unfold. If it’s determined that our truck caused the accident, Walmart will take full responsibility.”

On top of Wal-Mart being involved, the National Transportation Safety Board is also on the case, making sure to thoroughly investigate “safety issues related to commercial trucking and limousine safety.”

We are still keeping Tracy and the two other passengers in our prayers and hope they make a speedy recovery.
