We’re still waiting on the Detox, but this Dr. Dre guest verse will hold us over until he decides to stop being stingy.

UK singer/songwriter Marsha Ambrosius teams up with Dr. Dre on her latest release “Stronger.” Don’t know how he does it, but Dre’s ability to juggle billion dollar deals and studio time is amazing.

Sampling Sade’s “Stronger Than Pride,” Marsha and Dre take a different approach to the classic R&B ballad.

“I won’t pretend, that I intend to stop living/ I won’t pretend, I’m good at forgiving,” sings Marsha.

In a recent interview with Rap-Up, Marsha gushed about re-connecting with Dr. Dre.

“This is our seventh year. We went to Hawaii just before the end of last year for a couple of weeks and got to really cram in with the production team that he’s got going now, Focus and the squad, so we’ve been working. You’ll get to slowly see the work.”

“Stronger” will be featured on Marsha’s forthcoming album, Friends & Lovers, which is due out July 15.
