Atlanta rapper Trinidad Jame$ is “doing him.”
Just days after announcing he was dropped from Def Jam Records, the “All Gold Everything” rapper dropped a new track titled “Doin’ Me” (clearly). Trinidad gets introspective about his overnight success and the perils of the music industry on the Raak-produced song.
“Sometimes I wish, I wish I never knew fame/ Got a deal and lost it, I’m back to doin’ me,” raps Trinidad.
Trinidad’s forthcoming project, which is currently untitled, is scheduled to drop September 23. Take a listen to “Doin’ Me” below.
