Here’s something we never would’ve expected to happen – a Madonna and Eve collaboration. The pop icon and rap star Evie Eve recorded a track titled “The Beat Is So Crazy” back in 2007 for Madonna’s Hard Candy album and for Eve’s Here I Am scrapped 2007 effort. And another one…Chi-Town’s Lil Herb is the latest rising artist to do his own remix of Bobby Shmurda’s summertime banger, “Hot N*gga.” Shot in the streets of Lil Herb’s hometown, the stand-out line of the 18-year-old rapper’s remix would probably have to be, “I ran through 100,000 that’s without a deal, I’m 18 and I don’t give a fuck about a deal.” No shade record labels, no shade. G.O.O.D. Music’s Teyana Taylor hopped on board of the first leg of August Alsina’s “Testimony Live” tour in Seattle last Thursday and she totally owned the performance of her cover of the Drake classic, “Marvin’s Room.” The Harlem native also gave the audience a tease of new music to be featured on her upcoming album VII, set to be released on October 21. Justin Timberlake gave the sweetest gift possible in the middle of his 20/20 concert performance. After hearing the screams of super fan Julian, an eight-year-old Autistic boy in the audience, JT paused his set to sing happy birthday to the excited concert-goer and the entire audience chimed in to help celebrate the little boy’s special day.
