FKA Twigs is slowly becoming a household name in the British scene, and making headlines here in the U.S. by dating some pretty famous heartthrobs – all while sporting a unique style in both her image and her music.
The English songwriter recently covered The Wild Magazine, where she channeled her dark side for the exotic photoshoot. Sporting some dark eyeliner, red lips, and messy hair, Twigs is giving some serious face in the shoot lensed by Ellen von Unwerth.
In the mag, FKA Twigs (aka Tahliah Barnett) opened up about her childhood and supportive parenting:
“I didn’t grow up with lots of money, or the newest toy, and I couldn’t always go on the school ski trip or to France on half-term. But through all of that, my mum and dad instilled into me that you can do whatever you want, and everything I did they said was amazing.”
