Life hasn’t been easy for VH1 Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood starlet Morgan Hardman.

Long before she scored a life-changing gig as R&B singer/reality show star Ray J’s executive assistant, Morgan was fighting for her life. The talent manager grew up taking care of herself and brothers as her mother fed her insatiable appetite for narcotics.

During our time with Morgan, she recalled having suicidal thoughts, being molested by numerous men who her mother claimed were her father, and getting arrested at 11-years-old for shoplifting food with her then six-year-old brother.

Although coping with frivolous reality show drama may seem daunting, Morgan takes it with a grain of salt considering the circumstances she overcame.

In our 11-minute interview, Morgan explains how she started working for Ray J back in 2006, and how the “I Hit It First” singer needs an intervention.

If you think she’s your typical reality show diva, think again.

Morgan’s also been dedicating her life to helping other single mothers and providing suicide prevention for young people suffering from depression.
