We never saw this coming.
Known for her beauty and her (ass)ets, Kim Kardashian has revealed that she wants a smaller butt. That’s right – Kim K. wants a smaller behind. In a recent episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, North West‘s mom is interrupted by her shocked bro-in-law Scott Disick, who screams:
What? You guys are famous for big butts! You guys lose your butts, we may all lose our money!
Kim goes on to say:
I don’t care. I want a flat ass now.
Her comments about wanting a flat tush were obviously filmed before she decided to break the internet with her scandalous Paper Magazine spread, so call us crazy, but we kind of don’t believe her.
Just above, the reality star is featured in a just-released video interview for the same publication and reveals how she’s been influenced by her hubby Kanye West.
Defending her magazine shoot with Jean-Paul Goude, Mrs. West had this to say:
I was so honored and excited to work with [Goude] because he is a legend, and for me that was something I wanted to do to make myself feel confident. As a role model I’m not saying anyone else should do that, but for me it was an art project and it taught me to do what you want to do.
Yes, confidence is key.
But of course, there will be some who won’t support. In a recent column published in The Spectator, Kate Middleton‘s sister Pippa Middleton had a thing or two to say about Kim’s booty:
No year is complete without a bottom story, and the ‘Rear of 2014’ award undoubtedly goes to Kim Kardashian, after her posterior exploded all over the internet last month.
I must say that mine—though it has enjoyed fleeting fame—is not comparable.
But the Kim butt story did make me pause. What is it with this American booty culture? It seems to me to be a form of obsession. Kim’s aim, apparently, was to break the Internet, but I’m not sure she’s going the right way about it.
Pippa, it’s true – we just love the booty.
Kim caught wind of the comments but when asked about Pippa’s derriere, she kept things cute. She told E!:
“I love her. She has an amazing booty. She’s beautiful.”
