There is even more sad news for fans of the show Parks and Recreation. Executive producer Harris Wittels was found dead at his home in Los Angeles.
According to the Los Angeles Times, his body was found by his assistant around noon, and so far, there are no details on the cause of death.
The site reports:
Wittels’ body was discovered by his assistant at 12 p.m. in the 2200 block of North Hobart Boulevard, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Rosario Herrera.
The cause of Wittels’ death will be determined by the county coroner’s office.
Wittels was a member of Parks and Rec‘s writing team, and also acted in the role of one of the Animal Control staff members on the show.
