After partnering with Pacsun, the youngest sisters of the Kardashian klan have branched out to the UK company to release a 15-piece collection. Designed exclusively by Kendall and Kylie, the line will consist of Hawaiian prints, slogan jerseys, maxi dresses, and distressed denim, with prices starting from $55.
To promote the launch, Kendall and Kylie appear on the cover of UK newspaper The Sunday Times’ Style magazine. While many believe they’re in a rush to grow up, the two say they actually have fears about growing older:
“I’m scared of the day I turn 19,” Kylie was quoted as saying. “I really don’t want to grow past 18.” According to the newspaper, she then looked at Kendall and said, “You’ll be 20 this year — that’s crazy. And any second you’ll be, like, 21, 22, 23…”
“It’s scary,” Kendall replied, nodding. “Life is scary.”
Kendall also discusses her love/hate relationship with social media.
“I think social media has taken over for our generation,” The Sunday Times quoted Kendall as saying. “It’s a big part of our lives and it’s kind of sad.”
“I hate it sometimes, like, I literally want to throw my phone so I can’t look at it,” she added. “It’s all a made-up world if you think about it. Social media, everything, this interview, everything. It’s not real. It’s pretty crazy.”
However, the top model can’t deny the power of Instagram, as she used it to share her new Vogue China magazine cover with her 27 million followers.
Clearly, these two teens have a lot on their plate and they’re about to get even busier. With the announcement that Kim Kardashian West is pregnant with her second child, Kendall and Kylie will become aunts for the fifth time.
