Toronto native Tory Lanez has been bubbling over the past few years, but as of late, he’s really been making a name for himself.
After snatching headlines for his flirty track dedicated to G.O.O.D Music‘s first lady Teyana Taylor, Tory’s been readying his forthcoming new project, which he’s spearheading with his new single “Say It.”
Back when he was 16, Tory made headlines in Canada for publicly challenging Drake by putting up $10K of his own cash if Drake didn’t like his music. Luckily for him, Tory never had to pay out – because the OVO artist admitted he liked Tory’s tunes.
During a recent interview with Sway In The Morning, Tory set the record straight by shooting down comparisons to Drizzy with a freestyle.
“I know these n*ggas about to act scary. T.O. nigga, only spitting without the Blackberry,” he rhymed.
