The MTV VMAs are being hosted tonight by resident wild child Miley Cyrus — although the celeb hasn’t performed at the awards following her controversial 2013 performance featuring Rob Thicke’s then-married crotch, MTV was clever in finding a way to bank off the star’s ever-present notoriety.
