Rich Homie Quan is in hot water with Child Protective Services after he was seen smoking a blunt while his son sat on his lap, in footage that surfaced earlier this week.
Quan received a lot of backlash from the public eye after the SnapChat clip went viral. After Child Protective Services and the Fulton County Police Department caught wind of the incident, they immediately teamed up to investigate the matter.
The 25-year-old Atlanta native has now issued a public apology for smoking around his 1-year-old. Via Instagram, the “Type Of Way” rapper wrote, in part:
I regret that I chose to continue to smoke once Royal jumped in my lap. After looking back on it I realize my error and I am sorry for my actions.
