Being a music legend comes with a lot of pressure and expectations, but Janet Jackson proves once again that she isn’t just some “has-been” trying to make a comeback, she’s very much a force to be reckoned with.
The legendary pop veteran earned her seventh number one album with the release of her new project Unbreakable. Earlier this summer, Janet released “No Sleeep” featuring J. Cole as well as “BURNITUP!” featuring Missy Elliott.
Unbreakable debuted at number one with 109,000 copies sold, making Janet one of the only artists to have a number one album in four different decades. To top it off, Janet’s also been nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.
