It’s been almost a year since Kanye West announced he signed 21-year-old singer/songwriter Kacy Hill to his G.O.O.D Music label.
The red-headed singer got her start with Kanye when she toured on his acclaimed “Yeezus” set as a background dancer. And while Kanye hasn’t delivered his highly anticipated SWISH album yet, he has gotten Kacy to release a five-song EP titled Bloo. The EP features dark melodramatic ballads, in which Kacy’s airy soprano vocals reign supreme.
Bloo also boasts collaborations with Jack Garrett and legendary producer Rick Rubin. The project’s definitely worth a listen.
