It looks like Memphitz has some more issues on his hands, and this time it’s with the authorities.

The hip hop producer, who is married to Toya Wright, was reportedly at the center of a police raid in West Hollywood, as his landlord is claiming that he threatened to shoot him.

According to TMZ, the two got into a heated argument earlier today, which involved discussing the living conditions of the building including noise and late night parties.

The site reports, “The landlord called 911, claiming Memphitz left and said he would come back with a gun and take care of business. L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies came roaring over and went to Memphitz’s door, guns drawn, but he wasn’t there. Memphitz tells TMZ, he never threatened his landlord, but it’s true they got in a screaming match over intolerable noise and partying.”

There’s no word on whether the landlord will be pressing charges, but we’ll have to see if they can straighten it out. Memphitz says he will be moving out.
