As we waited (not so) patiently for the first picture of Beyonce at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards to surface, we couldn’t help but become skeptical that she was actually going to be there at all. But alas, Queen Bey never disappoints.
Mrs. Carter arrived fashionably late in a gown that wasn’t quite the Givenchy dress she speaks of in “Formation.” Still, it did resemble one featured in the music video. Some viewers began to joke that she was wearing a wedding dress. In fact, it turns out she was.
According to Vogue, the intricate garment is a wedding gown by Israeli designer Inbal Dror. The gown features lace detailing and sheer paneling, which Bey accessorized with dangling earrings and glistening silver heels.
Although she didn’t bless us with another killer performance, Beyonce did reunite with Bruno Mars, who she recently shut down Super Bowl 50 with. She presented the Grammy for Record Of The Year to Mark Ronson and Mars for “Uptown Funk.”
