Rapper Offset, one-third of the rap group Migos, has once again found himself on the wrong side of the law.

The rapper was arrested in Atlanta today for driving with a suspended license. His attorney, Drew Findling, told TMZ that Offset believed the fine for his suspended license had been paid after his release from jail, but apparently that wasn’t the case. He was just released in December 2015 after serving an eight-month bid for drug and firearm possession.

Luckily for Offset, this isn’t exactly a serious violation, but with his prior felony convictions, its certainly not a good thing that he’s once again tangle up in the court system. According to reports, he’s likely to get out tomorrow morning.
