You can always count on DMX to have a few words for the wise during any of his performances.
Fresh off of performing his all hit songs in a pre-Thanksgiving show in New York, the rapper took the stage over the weekend to give the crowd another unforgettable performance. Not only did X gift the audience with an ultra nostalgic show, but per usual, he dropped some knowledge between in sets.
He used one moment in between sets to bless the audience with some words of wisdom, like only DMX can. He told the crowd, “I ain’t never sucked a d**k in my life. I’m up here to tell you the truth. And you know what, the truth could be a blessing even if you it’s something bad for you. I’m talking to somebody.”
X followed to unusual inspiring words with a dope freestyle. Despite how bizarre the semantics are, there’s no doubt that DMX still has it. Check out the unusual, edifying clip above.
