A Philadelphia woman by the name of Tiffany Whyte is claiming to be the long lost child of Janet Jackson and James DeBarge. In a new interview with Radar Online, 31-year-old Whyte says Janet “denied” her for many years and she believes now is the time for her to speak her truth. See a photo of Ms. Whyte below:

Radar Online reports that Whyte is coming forward with the support of the DeBarge family. “DeBarge, now 53, first claimed in 2012 that he and Jackson had given a child up for adoption before their 1985 split. The news was revealed in a shocking prison letter to Michael Jackson’s death doctor, Conrad Murray, published by Radar. Jackson, now 50 and a mom to a newborn son, Eissa, with Wissam al Mana, has never commented publicly on the scandal,” the site explains.

“Now, at last, Whyte is coming forward after extensive encouragement from the DeBarge family,” it goes on.

After being “approached” by a woman who claimed to be Janet Jackson many years ago, Whyte claims to have obtained DNA evidence that proves she is the heir to the Jackson fortune.

As Radar explains, “Tiffany told Radar that she first came to believe she was Jackson’s heir roughly seven years ago, when she was approached by a woman claiming to be the famous singer. Having grown up in the state foster system, Tiffany never knew her real parents, and the messages seemed like a miracle.”

The site continues, “In recent weeks, Whyte’s alleged grandmother, Etterlene DeBarge, announced that she and Tiffany have taken their own test, and it was a match.”

Whyte tells Radar Online she is not looking for fame and that she would only like to get to know Jackson and DeBarge. Of course Twitter had a hilarious reaction to this young woman stepping forward. See a few below:
