Weight Watchers Adds ‘Zero Point Foods’ So You Can Eat As Much As You Want

If you’re one of the many who uses Weight Watchers’ point system as a means of planning out your meals for the day, you may be in luck. The 55-year-old weight loss system has just introduced their Freestyle program which includes a list of 200+ ‘zero-point foods.’ This means you can eat them as much as you want.
