2017 was a breakthrough year for actor, comedian, writer, producer, and director, Jordan Peele. On February 24, 2017, Peele released his solo directorial debut, Get Out, and it took the world by storm. Named one of Time Magazine’s top 10 films of the year, Get Out grossed over $250 million on a budget of $4.5 million and managed to maintain a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
