Unfortunately, there are still some people out there who don’t believe that sexual harassment/ assault is really a thing and that it often happens in plain sight — some just choose not to notice.
It actually happened to Mel B, live on Television, in a clip from a few years back. The former Spice Girl was groped by X Factor UK judge Louis Walsh so casually, as he engaged in conversation with Simon Cowell and others like nothing was even happening. And just check out his reaction when he gets called out on it.

Walsh was shocked, as if Mel B was wrong for moving away from him. If this could go down on camera, just imagine what happens to some women behind the scenes.
