Up $10 million from the $28 million that he paid, the waterfront property features nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a home theater, a heated pool, steam room, gym, rooftop deck, an elevator and a 3,000 square-foot sports room complete with a batting cage. Why wouldn’t he have a batting cage?

The space measures in at a lavish 20,000-square-foot property that A-Rod actually bought after his divorce from Cynthia Curtis, and it also comes with 12-foot glass windows that open onto the bay.
