Another new episode of Love & Hip-Hop: ATL airs tonight, and while we’re usually discussing the craziness that occurs throughout each season, today is all about the ladies and their successful business ventures.

Whether it’s Yandy Smith and her Everything Girls Love movement, or it’s Rasheeda selling fashionable jewelry on her ImBossy.com website, the Love & Hip-Hop franchise is slowly bringing light to women’s entrepreneurship in both NYC and ATL.

So, let’s put aside the drama for a moment and focus on the positivity that stems from the popular reality TV show.

The ladies listed above are definitely putting their new platform to good use and a couple of the cast members even had their entrepreneurship wings long before the fame.

If you didn’t know these women were about their independence, well NOW YOU KNOW! Hopefully a few more of the women follow suit.

Visit Rasheeda’s website ImBossy.com and get some super cute makeup, jewelry, clothing, and more.

Among SEVERAL other business ventures, Yandy Smith is also helping to create a positive space for young women with her EverythingGirlsLove.com website, events, and products. Go Yandy!

We all know Emily B. was styling her boo Fabolous and a few other industry heavyweights for years. In 2012, her and the fashion forward Chrissy Lampkin joined forces to created “Cisum Courture,” a men’s jacket line.

Joseline Hernandez may get her kicks out of calling Mimi Faust “The Maid,” but Mimi’s laughing all the way to the bank.

She’s currently restructuring her 12-YEAR estate and commercial cleaning service, as well as creating a children’s fashion line.

Independence is key.
