Besties, Rihanna and Katy Perry have been by each other’s side in this whirlwind of a music industry for quite some time and people have been wondering when the duo are going to collaborate on a record.
Well 2 years ago before Rihanna’s “Loud” album was released she disclosed a track with her galpal was in the works but the album came and went and still nothing.
Two albums later fans are still awaiting for the partners in crime to unite musically and finally Rih Rih has confirmed that it is still going to happen!
She says:
“We have been working on this for years. We still are trying to make a song together. She is one of my favorite musicians, as well as one of my favorite people in the industry. [Katy is] very uncalculated, very sure of herself, and that’s something very rare in this industry to find. The song will probably come out in a while. I won’t say that it’s happening right now, but it’s going to happen.”

When it comes to these two bad ass pop divas we’re sure a collabo will be nothing less than phenomenal! We can’t wait. Hopefully they can get their schedules in sync, hit the studio, and knock that record out soon.
