For more than three years, Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka have been somewhat of a team. Waka Flocka has been known as the second in command at Brick Squad Records, Gucci Mane’s label.

DETAILS: STRAIGHT LIKE THAT?! Gucci Mane Drops Waka Flocka From Brick Squad On Twitter

Things are changing, and it seems like there’s turmoil between the two. A couple of weeks ago, Gucci sent out a tweet saying:

“Waka flacka flames officially dropped off brick squad 1017. Big Guwop say give me a offer fa this disloyal lil n—,” he wrote before reps for the rapper.”

A couple days later, a press release saying that Gucci’s Twitter was hacked hit the net.

Yesterday, Waka appeared on MTV’s RapFix and told his side of the story. First, Waka 100 percent doesn’t think that Gucci’s Twitter was hacked, saying:

“Nah, that Twitter wasn’t hacked because we had a conversation before that. Real aggressive words like, ‘N*gga let’s get up, let’s do this.”

As to why Gucci sent out the Tweet, Waka said:

“I don’t know. Honest to God truth, I don’t know because I’m the loyalist person you could ever see. I took on a man’s beef, risked my life, hung out the window, risked my freedom. I never backed in a corner.”

The beef Waka is referencing, of course, is Gucci’s ongoing beef with fellow ATL rapper Young Jeezy.

MUSIC: Waka Flocka & Lil Wayne “Stay Hood”

The quote that should have Brick Squad fans worried, however, came when he was asked what happens if the two are in a room together. Waka said they it would be cool but confirmed there would be no more music between the two:

“It ain’t gonna never be no business, ever in life. No music or nothing.”

Sorry, brahs, but a world with no more Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka collaborations is a world not worth living in!
