In Chris Brown’s last video for “Fine China,” the first single off his upcoming X album, C. Breezy decided to tell a Romeo and Juliet-like love story. The video was pretty glitzy, even by Chris Brown standards.
Now, for his follow-up, C. Brown is going to the gutter. The R&B superstar recently shot the video for “They Don’t Know,” which features vocals from the late, great Aaliyah.
Brown heads to the hood, shooting the video on 60th Street and Cedar Block in L.A. After that, he’s wearing all-black as Brown and his homies rap in a warehouse.
Of course like most CB videos nowadays, the singer himself directed the visuals. And in the just-released behind the scenes footage, which you can see above, you see CB the director being super assertive.
We can’t wait to see what Breezy does with this new video. We might have this generation’s “I Wish” on our hands.
