Chris Brown sure knows how to pick ’em!
The singer and dancer, who recently gave an amazing performance at the American Music Awards this week, has just purchased a $1.5 million bachelor pad in Hollywood, after ditching his old place. Apparently, his former digs cost him thousands of dollars in parking tickets because all parking spots were labeled “handicapped.”

Brown’s new crib features a swimming pool, two master bedrooms, an outdoor patio, a deck and elevator access to the beautiful apartment which boasts 2,473 square-feet of space with white and chrome interiors.
